他又指给我看：大祭司约书亚站在 耶和华的天使面前；撒但也站在约书亚的右边，与他作对。
And he shewed me Joshua the high priest standing before the angel of the LORD, and Satan standing at his right hand to resist him.

撒迦利亚书 3:2 · Zechariah 3:2
耶和华向撒但说：「撒但哪， 耶和华责备你；就是拣选耶路撒冷的 耶和华责备你。这不是从火中抽出来的一根柴吗？」
And the LORD said unto Satan, The LORD rebuke thee, O Satan; even the LORD that hath chosen Jerusalem rebuke thee: [is] not this a brand plucked out of the fire?

约书亚穿着污秽的衣服站在天使面前。
Now Joshua was clothed with filthy garments, and stood before the angel.
撒迦利亚书 3:4 · Zechariah 3:4
他回答告诉站在他面前的说：「你们要脱去他污秽的衣服。」又对约书亚说：「看哪，我使你脱离罪孽，要给你套换衣服穿上。」
And he answered and spake unto those that stood before him, saying, Take away the filthy garments from him. And unto him he said, Behold, I have caused thine iniquity to pass from thee, and I will clothe thee with change of raiment.

我说：「要将华美的冠冕戴在他头上。」他们就把华美的冠冕戴在他头上，给他穿上衣服。 耶和华的天使在旁边站立。
And I said, Let them set a fair mitre upon his head. So they set a fair mitre upon his head, and clothed him with garments. And the angel of the LORD stood by.

And the angel of the LORD protested unto Joshua, saying,

「大军之 耶和华如此说：你若遵行我的道，谨守我的命令，你就可以审判我的家，也可以看守我的院宇；我又要使你在这些站立的人中间来往。
Thus saith the LORD of hosts; If thou wilt walk in my ways, and if thou wilt keep my charge, then thou shalt also judge my house, and shalt also keep my courts, and I will give thee places to walk among these that stand by.
撒迦利亚书 3:8 · Zechariah 3:8
大祭司约书亚啊，你和坐在你面前的同伴都当听；因他们是希奇的；看哪，因我必使我的仆人「 苗裔」发出。
Hear now, O Joshua the high priest, thou, and thy fellows that sit before thee: for they [are] men wondered at: for, behold, I will bring forth my servant the BRANCH.
撒迦利亚书 3:9 · Zechariah 3:9
看哪，我在约书亚面前所立的石头；在一块石头上必有七眼。大军之 耶和华说：看哪，我要亲自雕刻这石头，并要在一日之间除掉这地的罪孽。
For behold the stone that I have laid before Joshua; upon one stone [shall be] seven eyes: behold, I will engrave the graving thereof, saith the LORD of hosts, and I will remove the iniquity of that land in one day.

当那日，你们各人要请邻居坐在葡萄树和无花果树下。这是大军之 耶和华说的。」
In that day, saith the LORD of hosts, shall ye call every man his neighbour under the vine and under the fig tree.
