诗篇 74:1 · Psalms 74:1
（亚萨的训诲诗。） 上帝啊，你为何永远丢弃我们呢？你为何向你草场的羊发怒，如烟冒出呢？
(Maschil of Asaph.) O God, why hast thou cast [us] off for ever? [why] doth thine anger smoke against the sheep of thy pasture?

诗篇 74:2 · Psalms 74:2
求你记念你古时所买来的会众，就是你所赎作你产业的杖，并记念你向来所居住的锡安山。
Remember thy congregation, [which] thou hast purchased of old; the rod of thine inheritance, [which] thou hast redeemed; this mount Zion, wherein thou hast dwelt.
诗篇 74:3 · Psalms 74:3
求你举步去看那日久荒凉之地，仇敌在圣所中所行的一切恶事。
Lift up thy feet unto the perpetual desolations; [even] all [that] the enemy hath done wickedly in the sanctuary.
诗篇 74:4 · Psalms 74:4
你的敌人在你会中吼叫；他们竖了自己的旗为记号。
Thine enemies roar in the midst of thy congregations; they set up their ensigns [for] signs.
诗篇 74:5 · Psalms 74:5
从前，人扬起斧子，按着林中砍伐的茂密树得名声。
[A man] was famous according as he had lifted up axes upon the thick trees.
诗篇 74:6 · Psalms 74:6
但如今他们打坏圣所中所雕刻的，用斧子锤子速速打坏了。
But now they break down the carved work thereof at once with axes and hammers.
诗篇 74:7 · Psalms 74:7
他们用火焚烧你的圣所，污秽你名的居所，拆毁到地。
They have cast fire into thy sanctuary, they have defiled [by casting down] the dwelling place of thy name to the ground.
诗篇 74:8 · Psalms 74:8
他们心里说：我们要尽行毁灭；他们就在遍地把 上帝的会所都烧毁了。
They said in their hearts, Let us destroy them together: they have burned up all the synagogues of God in the land.
诗篇 74:9 · Psalms 74:9
我们不见我们的标帜，不再有先知；我们内中也没有人知道这灾祸要到几时呢。
We see not our signs: [there is] no more any prophet: neither [is there] among us any that knoweth how long.
诗篇 74:10 · Psalms 74:10
上帝啊，敌人辱骂要到几时呢？仇敌亵渎你的名要到永远吗？
O God, how long shall the adversary reproach? shall the enemy blaspheme thy name for ever?
诗篇 74:11 · Psalms 74:11
你为甚麽缩回你的右手？求你从怀中伸出来。
Why withdrawest thou thy hand, even thy right hand? pluck [it] out of thy bosom.
诗篇 74:12 · Psalms 74:12
因 上帝自古以来为我的 王，在地上施行拯救。
For God [is] my King of old, working salvation in the midst of the earth.
诗篇 74:13 · Psalms 74:13
你曾用能力将海分开，将水中龙的头打破。
Thou didst divide the sea by thy strength: thou brakest the heads of the dragons in the waters.
诗篇 74:14 · Psalms 74:14
你曾砸碎水怪的头，把它给旷野的民为食物。
Thou brakest the heads of leviathan in pieces, [and] gavest him [to be] meat to the people inhabiting the wilderness.
诗篇 74:15 · Psalms 74:15
你曾分裂磐石，水便成了溪河；你使长流的江河乾了。
Thou didst cleave the fountain and the flood: thou driedst up mighty rivers.
诗篇 74:16 · Psalms 74:16
白昼属你，黑夜也属你；亮光和日头是你所预备的。
The day [is] thine, the night also [is] thine: thou hast prepared the light and the sun.
诗篇 74:17 · Psalms 74:17
地的一切疆界是你所立的；夏天和冬天是你所定的。
Thou hast set all the borders of the earth: thou hast made summer and winter.
诗篇 74:18 · Psalms 74:18
耶和华啊，仇敌辱骂，愚顽民亵渎了你的名，求你记念这事。
Remember this, [that] the enemy hath reproached, O LORD, and [that] the foolish people have blasphemed thy name.
诗篇 74:19 · Psalms 74:19
不要将你斑鸠的性命交给成群的恶人啊；不要永远忘记你困苦人的性命。
O deliver not the soul of thy turtledove unto the multitude [of the wicked]: forget not the congregation of thy poor for ever.
诗篇 74:20 · Psalms 74:20
求你顾念所立的约，因为地上黑暗之处都满了强暴的居所。
Have respect unto the covenant: for the dark places of the earth are full of the habitations of cruelty.
诗篇 74:21 · Psalms 74:21
不要叫受欺压的人蒙羞回去啊；要叫困苦穷乏的人赞美你的名。
O let not the oppressed return ashamed: let the poor and needy praise thy name.
诗篇 74:22 · Psalms 74:22
上帝啊，求你起来为自己伸诉。要记念愚顽人怎样终日辱骂你。
Arise, O God, plead thine own cause: remember how the foolish man reproacheth thee daily.
诗篇 74:23 · Psalms 74:23
不要忘记你敌人的声音；那起来敌你之人的喧哗时常上升。
Forget not the voice of thine enemies: the tumult of those that rise up against thee increaseth continually.
