诗篇 46:1 · Psalms 46:1
（可拉後裔的诗歌，交与伶长。用女音调。） 上帝是我们的避难所，是我们的力量，是我们在患难中随时的帮助。
(To the chief Musician for the sons of Korah, A Song upon Alamoth.) God [is] our refuge and strength, a very present help in trouble.

诗篇 46:2 · Psalms 46:2
所以，地虽挪移，山虽摇动到海心，
Therefore will not we fear, though the earth be removed, and though the mountains be carried into the midst of the sea;
诗篇 46:3 · Psalms 46:3
其中的水虽匉訇翻腾，山虽因海涨而颤抖，我们也不害怕。细拉。
[Though] the waters thereof roar [and] be troubled, [though] the mountains shake with the swelling thereof. Selah.
诗篇 46:4 · Psalms 46:4
有一道河，这河的溪水使 上帝的城欢喜；这城就是 至高者居住的圣所。
[There is] a river, the streams whereof shall make glad the city of God, the holy [place] of the tabernacles of the most High.
诗篇 46:5 · Psalms 46:5
上帝在其中，城必不动摇；到天一亮， 上帝必帮助这城。
God [is] in the midst of her; she shall not be moved: God shall help her, [and that] right early.
诗篇 46:6 · Psalms 46:6
异教的民喧嚷，列国动摇； 上帝发声，地便熔化。
The heathen raged, the kingdoms were moved: he uttered his voice, the earth melted.

大军之 耶和华与我们同在；雅各的 上帝是我们的避难所。细拉。
The LORD of hosts [is] with us; the God of Jacob [is] our refuge. Selah.
诗篇 46:8 · Psalms 46:8
你们来看 耶和华的作为，看他使地怎样荒凉。
Come, behold the works of the LORD, what desolations he hath made in the earth.

他止息战事，直到地极；他折弓丶断枪，把战车焚烧在火中。
He maketh wars to cease unto the end of the earth; he breaketh the bow, and cutteth the spear in sunder; he burneth the chariot in the fire.
诗篇 46:10 · Psalms 46:10
你们要休息，要知道我是 上帝。我必在异教民中被尊崇，在遍地上也被尊崇。
Be still, and know that I [am] God: I will be exalted among the heathen, I will be exalted in the earth.

The LORD of hosts [is] with us; the God of Jacob [is] our refuge. Selah.
