诗篇 30:1 · Psalms 30:1
（大卫在献殿的时候，作这诗歌。） 耶和华啊，我要尊崇你，因为你曾提拔我，不叫仇敌向我夸耀。
(A Psalm [and] Song [at] the dedication of the house of David.) I will extol thee, O LORD; for thou hast lifted me up, and hast not made my foes to rejoice over me.

诗篇 30:2 · Psalms 30:2
耶和华─我的 上帝啊，我曾呼求你，你医治了我。
O LORD my God, I cried unto thee, and thou hast healed me.
诗篇 30:3 · Psalms 30:3
耶和华啊，你曾把我的元魂从坟墓救上来，使我存活，不至於下坑。
O LORD, thou hast brought up my soul from the grave: thou hast kept me alive, that I should not go down to the pit.
诗篇 30:4 · Psalms 30:4
耶和华的圣民哪，你们要歌颂他，称谢他可记念的圣洁。
Sing unto the LORD, O ye saints of his, and give thanks at the remembrance of his holiness.
诗篇 30:5 · Psalms 30:5
因为，他的怒气不过是转眼之间；他的恩典乃是一生之久。一宿虽然有哭泣，早晨便必欢呼。
For his anger [endureth but] a moment; in his favour [is] life: weeping may endure for a night, but joy [cometh] in the morning.
诗篇 30:6 · Psalms 30:6
至於我，我凡事平顺便说：我永不动摇。
And in my prosperity I said, I shall never be moved.
诗篇 30:7 · Psalms 30:7
耶和华啊，你曾施恩，叫我的江山稳固；你掩了面，我就惊惶。
LORD, by thy favour thou hast made my mountain to stand strong: thou didst hide thy face, [and] I was troubled.
诗篇 30:8 · Psalms 30:8
耶和华啊，我曾呼求你；我向 耶和华恳求，说：
I cried to thee, O LORD; and unto the LORD I made supplication.
诗篇 30:9 · Psalms 30:9
我被害流血，下到坑中，有甚麽益处呢？尘土岂能称赞你，传说你的真理吗？
What profit [is there] in my blood, when I go down to the pit? Shall the dust praise thee? shall it declare thy truth?
诗篇 30:10 · Psalms 30:10
耶和华啊，求你听允我，怜恤我； 耶和华啊，求你帮助我。
Hear, O LORD, and have mercy upon me: LORD, be thou my helper.
诗篇 30:11 · Psalms 30:11
你已将我的哀哭变为跳舞，将我的麻衣脱去，给我披上喜乐，
Thou hast turned for me my mourning into dancing: thou hast put off my sackcloth, and girded me with gladness;
诗篇 30:12 · Psalms 30:12
好叫我的荣耀歌颂你，并不住声。 耶和华─我的 上帝啊，我要称谢你，直到永远。
To the end that [my] glory may sing praise to thee, and not be silent. O LORD my God, I will give thanks unto thee for ever.
