耶稣从殿里出来的时候，他门徒中有一个对他说：「 夫子，请看，这里是何等的石头丶何等的殿宇！」
And as he went out of the temple, one of his disciples saith unto him, Master, see what manner of stones and what buildings [are here]!

耶稣回答对他说：「你看见这些大殿宇吗？将来在这里没有一块石头留在石头上，不被拆毁了。」
And Jesus answering said unto him, Seest thou these great buildings? there shall not be left one stone upon another, that shall not be thrown down.

耶稣在橄榄山上对圣殿而坐，彼得丶雅各丶约翰，和安得烈暗暗的问他说：
And as he sat upon the mount of Olives over against the temple, Peter and James and John and Andrew asked him privately,

「请告诉我们，甚麽时候有这些事呢？这一切事要成的时候有甚麽预兆呢？」
Tell us, when shall these things be? and what [shall be] the sign when all these things shall be fulfilled?

耶稣回答他们，就说：「须要谨慎，免得有人迷惑你们。
And Jesus answering them began to say, Take heed lest any [man] deceive you:

因为将来有许多人冒我的名来，说：『我是 基督』；并且要迷惑许多人。
For many shall come in my name, saying, I am [Christ]; and shall deceive many.
马可福音 13:7 · Mark 13:7
你们听见打仗和打仗的风声，不要惊慌。这样的事是必须有的；只是末期还没有到。
And when ye shall hear of wars and rumours of wars, be ye not troubled: for [such things] must needs be; but the end [shall] not [be] yet.

民要攻打民，国要攻打国；多处必有地震丶饥荒丶患难；这都是苦难的起头。
For nation shall rise against nation, and kingdom against kingdom: and there shall be earthquakes in divers places, and there shall be famines and troubles: these [are] the beginnings of sorrows.

但你们要谨慎─因为人要把你们交给公会；并且你们在会堂里要受鞭打。你们又要为我的缘故站在官长与君王面前，见证他们的不是。
But take heed to yourselves: for they shall deliver you up to councils; and in the synagogues ye shall be beaten: and ye shall be brought before rulers and kings for my sake, for a testimony against them.

并且福音必须先传给列国。
And the gospel must first be published among all nations.

然而，人把你们拉去交官的时候，不要预先思虑说甚麽，也不要先筹算；到那时候，赐给你们甚麽话，你们就说甚麽；因为说话的不是你们，乃是 圣灵。
But when they shall lead [you], and deliver you up, take no thought beforehand what ye shall speak, neither do ye premeditate: but whatsoever shall be given you in that hour, that speak ye: for it is not ye that speak, but the Holy Ghost.

兄弟把兄弟，父亲要把儿子，卖到死地；儿女要起来与自己父母为敌，害死他们。
Now the brother shall betray the brother to death, and the father the son; and children shall rise up against [their] parents, and shall cause them to be put to death.

并且你们要为我的名被众人恨恶；唯有忍耐到底的，必然得救。」
And ye shall be hated of all [men] for my name's sake: but he that shall endure unto the end, the same shall be saved.

「但那时侯，你们既看见但以理先知所说那行毁坏可憎的，站在不当站的地方，（读这经的人，须要会意，）在犹太的就当逃到山上；
But when ye shall see the abomination of desolation, spoken of by Daniel the prophet, standing where it ought not, (let him that readeth understand,) then let them that be in Judaea flee to the mountains:

在房上的，不要下到屋中，也不要进去拿家里的东西；
And let him that is on the housetop not go down into the house, neither enter [therein], to take any thing out of his house:

在田里的，也不要回去取衣服。
And let him that is in the field not turn back again for to take up his garment.

只是当那些日子，怀孕的和奶孩子的有祸了。
But woe to them that are with child, and to them that give suck in those days!

你们应当祈求，叫你们逃走的事不在冬天临到。
And pray ye that your flight be not in the winter.

因为在那些日子必有苦难，自从 上帝创造造物直到今时，并没有这样的苦难，後来也必没有。
For [in] those days shall be affliction, such as was not from the beginning of the creation which God created unto this time, neither shall be.

若不是 主减少那些日子，凡有血气的，总没有一个得救的；只是为所选的民，他已将日子减少了。
And except that the Lord had shortened those days, no flesh should be saved: but for the elect's sake, whom he hath chosen, he hath shortened the days.

那时若有人对你们说：『看哪， 基督在这里』；或说：『看哪，他在那里』；你们不要信。
And then if any man shall say to you, Lo, here [is] Christ; or, lo, [he is] there; believe [him] not:

因为假 基督丶假先知将要起来，显神迹奇事，倘若能行，就把选民迷惑了。
For false Christs and false prophets shall rise, and shall shew signs and wonders, to seduce, if [it were] possible, even the elect.

但你们要谨慎；看哪，凡事我都预先告诉你们了。
But take ye heed: behold, I have foretold you all things.

「但在那些日子，那灾难以後，日头要变黑了，月亮也不放光，
But in those days, after that tribulation, the sun shall be darkened, and the moon shall not give her light,
马可福音 13:25 · Mark 13:25
天上众星要坠落，天势都要震动。
And the stars of heaven shall fall, and the powers that are in heaven shall be shaken.

那时，他们要看见 人子有大能力丶大荣耀，驾云降临。
And then shall they see the Son of man coming in the clouds with great power and glory.

他要差遣天使，把他的选民，从四风，从地极直到天边，都招聚了来。
And then shall he send his angels, and shall gather together his elect from the four winds, from the uttermost part of the earth to the uttermost part of heaven.

「你们可以学个无花果树的比喻：当树枝发嫩长叶的时候，你们就知道夏天近了；
Now learn a parable of the fig tree; When her branch is yet tender, and putteth forth leaves, ye know that summer is near:

这样，你们几时看见这些事成就，也该知道日子近了，正在门口了。
So ye in like manner, when ye shall see these things come to pass, know that it is nigh, [even] at the doors.

我实在告诉你们，这世代不能过去，直等这些事都成就了。
Verily I say unto you, that this generation shall not pass, till all these things be done.

天地要废去；我的话却不能废去。」
Heaven and earth shall pass away: but my words shall not pass away.

「但那日子，那时辰，没有人知道，天上的天使也不知道， 子也不知道，唯有 父知道。
But of that day and [that] hour knoweth no man, no, not the angels which are in heaven, neither the Son, but the Father.

你们要谨慎，警醒祈祷；因为你们不晓得那日期几时来到。
Take ye heed, watch and pray: for ye know not when the time is.

人子如同一个人往远方去，离开本家，把权柄交给他的仆人，分派各人当作的工，又吩咐看门的警醒。
[For the Son of man is] as a man taking a far journey, who left his house, and gave authority to his servants, and to every man his work, and commanded the porter to watch.

所以，你们要警醒；因为你们不知道家主甚麽时候来，或晚上，或半夜，或鸡叫，或早晨；
Watch ye therefore: for ye know not when the master of the house cometh, at even, or at midnight, or at the cockcrowing, or in the morning:
马可福音 13:36 · Mark 13:36
恐怕他忽然来到，看见你们睡着了。
Lest coming suddenly he find you sleeping.
马可福音 13:37 · Mark 13:37
我对你们所说的话，也是对众人说：『要警醒』。」
And what I say unto you I say unto all, Watch.
