约伯回答 耶和华说：

约伯记 42:2 · Job 42:2
我知道你一切都能作，又叫意念不能向你断绝。
I know that thou canst do every [thing], and [that] no thought can be withholden from thee.
约伯记 42:3 · Job 42:3
谁用无知的言语使你的旨意隐藏呢？我所说的是我不明白的；这些事太奇妙，是我不知道的。
Who [is] he that hideth counsel without knowledge? therefore have I uttered that I understood not; things too wonderful for me, which I knew not.
约伯记 42:4 · Job 42:4
求你听我，我要说话；我问你，求你指示我。
Hear, I beseech thee, and I will speak: I will demand of thee, and declare thou unto me.
约伯记 42:5 · Job 42:5
我从前风闻有你；现在却亲眼看见你。
I have heard of thee by the hearing of the ear: but now mine eye seeth thee.
约伯记 42:6 · Job 42:6
因此我厌恶自己，在尘土和炉灰中懊悔。
Wherefore I abhor [myself], and repent in dust and ashes.
约伯记 42:7 · Job 42:7
耶和华对约伯说话以後， 耶和华就对提幔人以利法说：「我的怒气向你和你两个朋友发作，因为你们议论我不如我的仆人约伯说的是。
And it was [so], that after the LORD had spoken these words unto Job, the LORD said to Eliphaz the Temanite, My wrath is kindled against thee, and against thy two friends: for ye have not spoken of me [the thing that is] right, as my servant Job [hath].
约伯记 42:8 · Job 42:8
现在你们要取七只公牛，七只公绵羊，到我仆人约伯那里去，为自己献上燔祭；我的仆人约伯就为你们祈祷。因我必悦纳他。免得我按你们的愚妄办你们，你们议论我，不如我的仆人约伯说的是。」
Therefore take unto you now seven bullocks and seven rams, and go to my servant Job, and offer up for yourselves a burnt offering; and my servant Job shall pray for you: for him will I accept: lest I deal with you [after your] folly, in that ye have not spoken of me [the thing which is] right, like my servant Job.
约伯记 42:9 · Job 42:9
於是提幔人以利法丶书亚人比勒达丶拿玛人琐法照着 耶和华所吩咐的去行； 耶和华就悦纳约伯。
So Eliphaz the Temanite and Bildad the Shuhite [and] Zophar the Naamathite went, and did according as the LORD commanded them: the LORD also accepted Job.
约伯记 42:10 · Job 42:10
约伯为他的朋友祈祷。 耶和华就使约伯从掳掠转回，并且 耶和华赐给他的比他从前所有的加倍。
And the LORD turned the captivity of Job, when he prayed for his friends: also the LORD gave Job twice as much as he had before.
约伯记 42:11 · Job 42:11
约伯的弟兄丶姊妹，和以先所认识的人都来见他，在他家里一同吃饼；又论到 耶和华所降与他的一切灾祸，都为他悲伤安慰他。每人也送他一块钱和一个金耳环。
Then came there unto him all his brethren, and all his sisters, and all they that had been of his acquaintance before, and did eat bread with him in his house: and they bemoaned him, and comforted him over all the evil that the LORD had brought upon him: every man also gave him a piece of money, and every one an earring of gold.
约伯记 42:12 · Job 42:12
这样， 耶和华後来赐福给约伯比先前更多。他有一万四千羊，六千骆驼，一千对牛，一千母驴。
So the LORD blessed the latter end of Job more than his beginning: for he had fourteen thousand sheep, and six thousand camels, and a thousand yoke of oxen, and a thousand she asses.
约伯记 42:13 · Job 42:13
他也有七个儿子，三个女儿。
He had also seven sons and three daughters.
约伯记 42:14 · Job 42:14
他给长女起名叫耶米玛，次女叫基洗亚，三女叫基连．哈朴。
And he called the name of the first, Jemima; and the name of the second, Kezia; and the name of the third, Keren-happuch.
约伯记 42:15 · Job 42:15
在那全地的妇女中找不着像约伯的女儿那样美貌。她们的父亲使她们在弟兄中得产业。
And in all the land were no women found [so] fair as the daughters of Job: and their father gave them inheritance among their brethren.
约伯记 42:16 · Job 42:16
此後，约伯又活了一百四十年，得见他的儿孙，直到四代。
After this lived Job an hundred and forty years, and saw his sons, and his sons' sons, [even] four generations.
约伯记 42:17 · Job 42:17
这样，约伯年纪老迈，日子满足而死。
So Job died, [being] old and full of days.
