Elihu spake moreover, and said,

约伯记 35:2 · Job 35:2
你说：「我的公义甚於 上帝的公义」，你以为有理麽？
Thinkest thou this to be right, [that] thou saidst, My righteousness [is] more than God's?
约伯记 35:3 · Job 35:3
因你说：「这与你有甚麽益处呢？」又说：「我罪若被洁净，於我有甚麽好处呢？」
For thou saidst, What advantage will it be unto thee? [and], What profit shall I have, [if I be cleansed] from my sin?
约伯记 35:4 · Job 35:4
我要回答你和在你这里的朋友。
I will answer thee, and thy companions with thee.
约伯记 35:5 · Job 35:5
你要向诸天观看；瞻望那高於你的云彩。
Look unto the heavens, and see; and behold the clouds [which] are higher than thou.
约伯记 35:6 · Job 35:6
你若犯罪，能使 上帝受何害呢？或你的过犯若加增，能使 上帝受何损呢？
If thou sinnest, what doest thou against him? or [if] thy transgressions be multiplied, what doest thou unto him?
约伯记 35:7 · Job 35:7
你若是公义，你能给他甚麽呢？或他从你手里还接受甚麽呢？
If thou be righteous, what givest thou him? or what receiveth he of thine hand?
约伯记 35:8 · Job 35:8
你的罪恶或能害你这类的人；你的公义或能叫世人得益处。
Thy wickedness [may hurt] a man as thou [art]; and thy righteousness [may profit] the son of man.
约伯记 35:9 · Job 35:9
他们因多受欺压就哀求；他们因受大能者的膀臂便求救。
By reason of the multitude of oppressions they make [the oppressed] to cry: they cry out by reason of the arm of the mighty.
约伯记 35:10 · Job 35:10
却无人说：造我的 上帝在哪里─就是那使人夜间歌唱丶
But none saith, Where [is] God my maker, who giveth songs in the night;
约伯记 35:11 · Job 35:11
教训我们甚於地上的走兽丶使我们有聪明胜於空中飞鸟的在哪里呢？
Who teacheth us more than the beasts of the earth, and maketh us wiser than the fowls of heaven?
约伯记 35:12 · Job 35:12
他们在那里，因恶人的骄傲呼求，却无人回答。
There they cry, but none giveth answer, because of the pride of evil men.
约伯记 35:13 · Job 35:13
虚妄的呼求， 上帝必不垂听； 全能者也必不眷顾。
Surely God will not hear vanity, neither will the Almighty regard it.
约伯记 35:14 · Job 35:14
虽然你说你不得见他，判断仍在他面前；所以，你信靠他吧。
Although thou sayest thou shalt not see him, [yet] judgment [is] before him; therefore trust thou in him.
约伯记 35:15 · Job 35:15
但如今因不是那样，他在怒中讨罪；在极难之境，约伯仍不知道。
But now, because [it is] not [so], he hath visited in his anger; yet he knoweth [it] not in great extremity:
约伯记 35:16 · Job 35:16
所以约伯开口终是徒然；他多发无知识的言语。
Therefore doth Job open his mouth in vain; he multiplieth words without knowledge.
