列国啊，要近前来听；众民哪，要侧耳而听。地和一切在其上的，世界和其中一切所出的都应当听。
Come near, ye nations, to hear; and hearken, ye people: let the earth hear, and all that is therein; the world, and all things that come forth of it.

因为 耶和华向列国发忿恨，向他们的全军发烈怒；他已将他们灭尽，交出他们受杀戮。
For the indignation of the LORD [is] upon all nations, and [his] fury upon all their armies: he hath utterly destroyed them, he hath delivered them to the slaughter.
以赛亚书 34:3 · Isaiah 34:3
他们被杀的必然抛弃，其臭气从尸首上腾，诸山被他们的血融化。
Their slain also shall be cast out, and their stink shall come up out of their carcases, and the mountains shall be melted with their blood.

一切天象都要消没，诸天被卷起，好像书卷；其上的天象要坠落，像叶子从葡萄树下落，又像无花果从无花果树坠落一样。
And all the host of heaven shall be dissolved, and the heavens shall be rolled together as a scroll: and all their host shall fall down, as the leaf falleth off from the vine, and as a falling [fig] from the fig tree.

因为我的刀必泡浸在天；看哪，这刀必临到以东和我所咒诅的民，要施行审判。
For my sword shall be bathed in heaven: behold, it shall come down upon Idumea, and upon the people of my curse, to judgment.

耶和华的刀满了血，用脂油和绵羊羔丶公山羊的血，并公绵羊腰子的脂油滋润的；因为 耶和华在波斯拉有献祭的事，在以东地大行杀戮。
The sword of the LORD is filled with blood, it is made fat with fatness, [and] with the blood of lambs and goats, with the fat of the kidneys of rams: for the LORD hath a sacrifice in Bozrah, and a great slaughter in the land of Idumea.

独角兽丶牛犊，和公牛要一同下来；他们的地必为血泡浸，他们的尘土因脂油肥润。
And the unicorns shall come down with them, and the bullocks with the bulls; and their land shall be soaked with blood, and their dust made fat with fatness.

因这是 耶和华报仇之日，为锡安争辩的报应之年。
For [it is] the day of the LORD'S vengeance, [and] the year of recompences for the controversy of Zion.

以东的河水要变为沥青，尘埃要变为硫磺；地土成为烧着的沥青，
And the streams thereof shall be turned into pitch, and the dust thereof into brimstone, and the land thereof shall become burning pitch.
以赛亚书 34:10 · Isaiah 34:10
昼夜总不熄灭；烟气永远上腾。必世世代代成为荒废；永永远远无人经过。
It shall not be quenched night nor day; the smoke thereof shall go up for ever: from generation to generation it shall lie waste; none shall pass through it for ever and ever.

鸬鹚丶苇鳽却要得为业；猫头鹰丶乌鸦要住在其中。 耶和华必将空虚的准绳，混沌的线铊，拉在其上。
But the cormorant and the bittern shall possess it; the owl also and the raven shall dwell in it: and he shall stretch out upon it the line of confusion, and the stones of emptiness.

以东人要召贵族来治国，那里却无一个，她的首领也都归於无有。
They shall call the nobles thereof to the kingdom, but none [shall be] there, and all her princes shall be nothing.
以赛亚书 34:13 · Isaiah 34:13
她的宫殿要长荆棘，保障要长蒺藜和刺草；要作龙的住处，猫头鹰的居所。
And thorns shall come up in her palaces, nettles and brambles in the fortresses thereof: and it shall be an habitation of dragons, [and] a court for owls.
以赛亚书 34:14 · Isaiah 34:14
荒漠的走兽也必和海岛的走兽相遇，山羊人要与伴偶对叫；尖叫的猫头鹰必在那里栖身，自找安歇之处。
The wild beasts of the desert shall also meet with the wild beasts of the island, and the satyr shall cry to his fellow; the screech owl also shall rest there, and find for herself a place of rest.
以赛亚书 34:15 · Isaiah 34:15
猫头鹰要在那里作窝，下蛋，孵蛋，聚子在其影下；鹞鹰也要各与伴偶聚集在那里。
There shall the great owl make her nest, and lay, and hatch, and gather under her shadow: there shall the vultures also be gathered, every one with her mate.
以赛亚书 34:16 · Isaiah 34:16
你们要查找宣读 耶和华的书；这都无一有误，无一没有伴偶；因为我的口已经吩咐，他的灵将它们聚集。
Seek ye out of the book of the LORD, and read: no one of these shall fail, none shall want her mate: for my mouth it hath commanded, and his spirit it hath gathered them.
以赛亚书 34:17 · Isaiah 34:17
他也为它们掷签，又亲手用准绳给它们分地；它们必永得为业，世世代代住在其间。
And he hath cast the lot for them, and his hand hath divided it unto them by line: they shall possess it for ever, from generation to generation shall they dwell therein.
